Pricing, Payment, Delivery & Returns


Delivery is calculated based on the goods added to the shopping cart. Minimum delivery charge payable is £4 (UK). To estimate your shipping costs for checkout please add items to your basket and the delivery charge will be calculated automatically.

Pricing for personalisation and extras

All products show the personalisation options available and additional pricing if not included in the standard price.

All prices shown include personalisation. The type of personalisation and the amount of personalisation for each product is listed on the product description.

Payment Policy

Accepted Methods of Payment*

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card (via PayPal Credit Card processing - please select when ordering)
  • Bank Transfer - payment account details and payment reference number will be shown when the order is placed. Orders will be processed following your bank transfer.

* The currently available payment option/s will be displayed at checkout.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfil your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

Non Payment

Orders will only be accepted when a valid payment is completed, we do not provide products without a confirmed online payment processing.


Order Placement

We cannot be held responsible for any orders that are:

  • not received by Handmaid due to internet errors
  • not received by Handmaid due to payment errors
  • not received in time for a specific event
  • not entered correctly

If you have any doubts about entering your order, you suspect that an error occurred when you were placing the order or you have a time critical order that needs to be fulfilled please contact me using the contact us form. As with all orders, payment must be received prior to an order being processed.



Items for return or exchange must arrive in their original condition. We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing.

You may request to return any item sold by Handmaid using our contact form. In the case where there is query on personalisation then the original personalisation information entered on the website will be compared with the finished goods. A full refund of the item's cost will only be made if there is a fault in the product or a mistake in the personalisation. Returns must be requested within 15 days of purchase.

You are responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning an item. You may return your package via the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides tracking information, delivery confirmation or signature-required. We also suggest that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed. We are not responsible for, nor will we refund, lost or damaged packages.
